Good to know
- Upgrading is immediate: you pay the prorated difference today. Downgrading credits unused time to your next invoice.
- Cancel any time from your billing page; you keep everything until the end of the period you paid for.
- Every payment has a receipt and an invoice you can download from your billing page.
- Refunds: first payment within 14 days on request; unused top-up credits within 30 days. Spent credits are not refundable.
- Your chats are private. Staff see usage counts, never what you wrote.
