Refunds and cancellations

Cancelling

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account page. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Refunds

• Plans: if you were charged and didn't use the paid features, email vip@bro.com within

7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full.

• Voice and lip-sync minute packs: unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used minutes aren't refundable.
• Gifts and in-game items: once used, they aren't refundable.
• Sponsorships of partner-site content are refundable until the sponsorship starts showing.

Wrong or double charges

If a charge looks wrong, or you were charged twice, email vip@bro.com and we'll fix it, usually within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; we answer fast. A chargeback pauses paid use on the account while it is open.
